Refugee Youth Service Training

Refugee Youth Service are offering valuable training on how to support unaccompanied children in the UK.

Journey with an Unaccompanied Child

A capacity-building training from Refugee Youth Service

Delivered in two parts by former frontline staff, this training is based on real people and real events and is available both online or in-person. The training shares the insight and knowledge gained from six years of working with children on the move in Europe, and aims to promote best practice within the care that children receive. RYS’ goal is to reach every individual and group that supports unaccompanied children in the UK.

Who is this training for?

Anyone who supports, makes decisions about, encounters or is likely to encounter an unaccompanied child through their job, volunteer role, or daily community life.
